All the submissions of manuscript will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on the following substance:
- relevance to conference,
- originality,
- research content/depth,
- correctness,
- contributions to the knowledge, and
- readability.
The manuscript will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
The reviewer(s) has a right to accept the manuscript without revision, or with minor revision, or with major revision or may reject the manuscript.
In case the manuscript with the category of minor and major revision, the author should do revision based on the reviewer comments and resubmit it before the date mention in the LoA. The author(s) have a responsibility and should make sure that the article is low in similarity index (less than 30%). Any rejection by IOP due to this matter is not under responsibility of URICSE-2020
