The procedure and time line:
1. Writing Full-paper using template
2. Submit full paper (deadline: August 5, 2020)
3. Review process until August 20, 2020
4. Delivery of LoA (without / with revision / reject) by the committee  via email (August 15-25, 2020)
5. After receiving the LoA, registration by payment and uploading the scanned receipt  to the web (August 25-30 2020)
6. The committee sends book of abstract and presentation schedules to the author email (5-10 September 2020)
7. Virtual presentations / webinars (September 12, 2020)
8. Delivery of Certificate (pdf) as Presenter / Best Paper via email (12-14 September 2020)
9. Estimation for publication in IOP Journal of Physics: Conference Series (end of October-mid November 2020)
10. Estimation for indexing in Scopus (early December-end December 2020)
